If you have a case before a Magistrates Court in England or Wales, no matter the problem, TALK TO US!!!
We know just how important strong, skillful representation can be to any case. Our specialist barristers and solicitors have a vast knowledge and experience of the full range of cases heard before the Magistrates Court.
We promise that our lawyers are approachable, clear and committed to understanding and making the very best of your case and will act at all times in your best interests. We promise as a firm to guide you through the entire process, advising you on all of the available options and we promise to provide first class advocacy before the Court. Our specialist advocates are always well-prepared and appear daily throughout courts located in the North of England.
As a firm there is no limit upon the types of cases and matters that we are able to work upon. We promise to advise clients on the most suitable form of funding for their case and wherever possible we promise to apply for Legal Aid to assist. If Legal Aid is unavailable, then we believe that we have the private fee paying packages of support on offer to meet any budget.
In relation to Legal Aid, this is of course now subject to ‘means’ testing, meaning that an application will only be granted if you are financially eligible and are on a low income or on state benefits. Our lawyers will assist you to not only complete the necessary application forms but also in applying for this at Court with the relevant financial evidence required to substantiate matters.
Given our ability as a firm to represent clients across the region, we also regularly accept instructions from other lawyers on an agency basis.
Given our reputation, we have established long-standing links with excellent lawyers from other firms located up and down the breadth of the country who can appear on our behalf if your case were to be outside of the North East and in cases whereby sufficient notice is given we are able to travel to represent you.
Kyles Legal Practice has successfully defended clients across the full array of criminal law matters, including summary-only offences such as road traffic offences, shop lifting as well as more serious offences such as domestic violence, theft, fraud, serious and organised crime, murder, robbery and drug importations. No matter the case, no matter the concern, Kyles Legal Practice has the lawyers available to you to help.
