The criminal process can quickly gather pace and many investigations can turn on the evidence gathered during any police station interview under caution and so it is vitally important that you receive legal advice as early as possible. If you, or a friend or relative are facing imminent arrest or have been previously arrested, interviewed but with no legal advisor to hand, contact us.
Scott Allan heads up our team of Police Station Accredited Representatives and lawyers who are readily available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to be with you during your interview upon request. Decisions made at the police station WILL affect the outcome of the case and it is vital to instruct an experienced representative to protect your interests whilst there, advising you whether to give a no-comment interview, a written statement or whether to answer questions when interviewed under caution.
Call us on 07403 162 388 at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and one of our experienced representatives will be happy to help.
All legal advice provided at the Police Station is free of charge to any person who has been arrested or who is being interviewed by the Police as a volunteer, so please don’t worry about the cost!
If you wish for us to help, then upon request one of our dedicated team will travel to you in advance of your interview and will liaise with the authorities to ensure your interests are protected and that you receive first class legal advice from an experienced representative.
We will in certain cases contact the Police in advance to make you aware of what is likely to happen upon arrival especially if you are agreeing to attend the Police Station voluntarily.
Our lawyers and Police Station Accredited representatives have successfully defended allegations across the full spectrum of criminal law matters, including summary-only offences such as shoplifting and road traffic offences to more serious offences such as murder, robbery, fraud, GBH, sexual offences, serious and organised crime.
Our lawyers are all Police Station Accredited, ensuring they are appropriately qualified and checked to ensure that they are able to provide specialist advice at the Police Station.
We are able to represent individuals who have been either arrested or are asked to attend voluntarily for interview under caution when the interview is held at the Police Station, Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the Department of Work and Pensions, as well as other Organisations.
