David is a solicitor of 14 years’ standing, and a qualified Duty Solicitor. He has held higher rights as a Solicitor-Advocate since 2008. David is a familiar, well-known face in the local courts across the Northumbria area.

David undertakes a wide range of work across the spectrum of criminal proceedings, from representation at the police station to hearings & trials at the Magistrates Court, to appearing as an advocate before the Crown Court.

He has a particular specialism in road-traffic proceedings – especially as regards assisting clients to avoid disqualification due to “totting” of penalty points on their driving licences, or pleading reasons for non-endorsement of those driving licences.
