Gaynor is a Paralegal within our Prison Law Department specialising in judicial review proceedings, challenging policy decisions of the state and giving prisoners a clear voice within the Prison system.
Gaynor has over 3 years Prison Law experience and joined Kyles Legal Practice in June 2013 having previously worked for another large North East firm who also specialised predominantly in Prison Law related work.
Gaynor is also experienced in drafting and preparing written representations to the Parole Board and to the Category A team for life sentenced prisoners, working to progress these inmates to the next stage of their sentence.
